Ordering from the Online Publications website is a simple four-step process:
1. Log in:
2. Select the publication you wish to order by clicking on the 'Add to basket' icon:
3. To checkout click on 'Review order':
4. Confirm the number of copies you need, click on update quantities if you've increased the order from 1 copy, and then checkout:
Remember that you can only order from the service once you have registered as a user of the Department’s Online Publications Shop.
Orders should be delivered to you within five to seven working days. You can find more information on the delivery help page.
The availability of each item in your order is indicated at the checkout. Visit the availability help page for more information, including an explanation of stock restrictions. If you are ordering more than one copy of a publication, you will need to select ‘Update quantities’ after entering the number you want.
If you only partially complete your order, you can return to it later to add or remove publications. If you have not either submitted the order or added publications to it after two weeks, the order will be cancelled.
You can review an order after it has been submitted by logging into the system and selecting ‘View recent orders’. If items are still listed as outstanding then you will be able to cancel your order.
