The 2012 National Enhanced Recovery Summit is a free event for NHS clinicians, managers from primary and secondary care, commissioners, patients, carers and charitable organisations from across the health and social care community.
It will take place on Monday 30 April at the Lancaster London Hotel.
It is an ideal opportunity to learn more about:
- commissioning enhanced recovery as a good standard of care
- enhancing patient care to improve outcomes and get patients better sooner
- Being brave to save
- NCEPOD report (011) Knowing the risk – enhanced recovering: the solution
- Hear the views of the professional colleges and associations
The day draws on a wide range of local, national and international expertise, covering policy, managerial, clinical and commissioning knowledge. It will share the learning to support accelerating the adoption of Enhanced Recovery principles and practices in elective and emergency pathways across England today. The day includes key note speakers, debates, Q&A sessions and show and tell sessions sharing successes and challenges.
