This time series shows the number of learners achieving approved Skills for Life Qualifications for each year from 2000/01 to 2006/07. The series shows all the publicity-funded achievements of approved Skills for Life (SfL) qualifications at entry level 3, level 1 and level 2 (entry levels 1 and 2 are not counted) each year and first time achievements. It included achievements by learners who studied through the following routes: Further Education, Work-Based Learning, University for Industry, European Social Fund and Train to Gain, Adjustments are made to the figures to make sure any person who has achieved more than one approved SfL qualification at the relevant level is only counted once.
