Data on Penalty Notices and Fast-track (for truancy) and Parenting Orders and Parenting Contracts (for truancy and exclusions) for the period 22 April 2006 to 1 September 2006

This publication provides data on the usage of Penalty Notices and "Fast-track" case management (for non attendance at school) and Parenting Contracts and Parenting Orders (for exclusion from or non attendance at school) reported by the 150 English local authorities. The data covers the statistical period 22 April 2006 to 1 September 2006 (the sixth period since collections began).
