This Statistical First Release is an update of SLC SFR 02/2005, published on 28 July 2005, and is therefore 6 weeks earlier than previously, due to improved financial year end reconciliation at Student Loans Company. This SFR will be the first release of 2005-06 data on student loan outlay and repayments as well as borrower activity, showing publicly owned debt only.
