This Statistical First Release revises the 2005 KS2 results (previously published in SFR 31/2005 on 23 August 2005) based on data checked by schools for publication in the Primary School Achievement and Attainment Tables. It also includes the 2005 KS1-KS2 value added measures. This publication was previously pre-announced for November 2005. The slight delay is due to the additional time needed to finalise the SFR that includes some new features. For example, confidence intervals will be quoted alongside the key stage 1 to key stage 2 Value Added (VA) measures.
