Summary
On 28 June 2012, the Department published final details of funding arrangements for pupils aged 3-16 from 2013-14. This follows on from the announcement and short consultation published on 26 March 2012. Local authorities will now need to finalise their funding formulae, in consultation with schools forums and schools, before submitting details to the Education Funding Agency by 31 October 2012. Sarah Healey, Director of Education Funding, has written to all directors of children's services, informing them of this announcement.
