Summary
On 1 February 2012, section 37 of the Education Act 2011 was commenced, introducing Schedule 11 of the Act. This makes changes to Part 2 of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 in relation to the process for establishing new schools, including the academy/Free School presumption.
