The annual report sets out the vision and priorities of the department over the past year, including progress against our priorities, and also sets out what the aims of the department are going forward. The annual accounts provide a financial and narrative summary of the activities of the Home Office for the year ended 2010-11. The accounts were laid in the House of Commons and published on 13 July 2011.
This is part of a series of annual reports and accounts which, along with the main estimates 2011-12 and the document 'Public expenditure: statistical analyses 2011', present the government's out-turn and planned expenditure for 2011-12.
