Cabinet Office People Survey 2012

The results of the 2012 People Survey for the Cabinet Office have been published. The 2012 People Survey ran between the 1st to the 26th October 2012 and achieved a response rate of 91 per cent with an engagement index of 60% - up 1% from 2011. The survey is part of the annual Civil Service Survey, the fourth time a Civil Service-wide survey has been conducted. It is the largest of its kind in Britain, involving nearly 300,000 staff from across the Civil Service.
Five new questions were included this year to measure cultural aspects important to the Civil Service Reform agenda that were not measured in the core questionnaire.
