This consolidated version of the SFE (SFE as at 1 February 2010) is provided for ease of reference. It is not a legal document. The consolidation includes all amending Directions up to and including The Statement of Financial Entitlements (Amendment) (No.6) Directions 2009.

Current documents

The Statement of Financial Entitlements (Amendment) Directions 2012 came into force on 1 April 2012. These amending directions are the latest in a series of changes made to the Statement of Financial Entitlements published in April 2005. The primary purpose of the amendment is to implement changes in the fee levels in the GMS Statement of Financial Entitlements effective from 1 April 2012. (Gateway no: 17491)
