Module 2

The Inquiry will be considering issues related to the press and the police and would welcome submissions.  To help this process, the Inquiry has set out some Key Questions (pdf, 12.2KB).  The Inquiry will be considering issues related to module 2 until the end of March but due to the very large volume of evidence we are receiving, it would be helpful to receive submissions by the end of February.

Module 3

The Inquiry will now be considering issues related to the press and politicians (module 3) and would welcome submissions.  To help this process, the Inquiry has set out some Key Questions (pdf, 13.8KB).  The Inquiry will be considering issues related to module 3 until the end of June but due to the very large volume of evidence we are receiving, it would be helpful to receive submissions by 15th June 2012.

Module 4

The Inquiry will now be considering ways forward for the future (module 4) and would welcome submissions.  To help this process, the Inquiry has set out some Draft Criteria for an effective Regulatory Regime (pdf, 11.2KB) on which we would welcome comments.  Please see the Key Questions for Module 4 (pdf, 15.5KB) relating to the public interest and press ethics.   The Inquiry will be considering issues related to module 4 until the 15 July.  The deadline of 29 June 2012 for receipt of submissions relating to these proposals has now passed. Although the Inquiry still welcomes comments and submissions on Module 4, the time available to consider these is now limited.
