The Wales mail Report website uses mapping technology to allow users to check whether or not Royal Mail has met its quarterly targets and compare performance for postcode areas throughout the year in Wales.
The site also includes annual complaints data from Royal Mail in Wales. It gives the number of complaints, the level of compensation paid and top categories of complaints for Wales as a whole and is also searchable by postcode area.
