CF Labs have developed this online tool to assist leaseholders in England and Wales who are considering forming their own Right to Manage company (RTM company) to take over the day to day running of your block of flats.

The tool guides you through the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, to establish whether you and your fellow leaseholders might be able to exercise your Right To Manage.
