Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA)

The Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA) is a non-departmental public body government and a national law enforcement agency in the UK. Police forces continue to deal with most crime whilst SOCA assists forces and also works independently with regards to serious organised crime. It is an intelligence agency which has the role of reducing harm, not specifically the arrest and conviction of offenders.
