First-tier Tribunal (Criminal Injuries Compensation)

First-tier Tribunal (Criminal Injuries Compensation) deal with appeals against review decisions of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA), on claims for compensation made on or after 1 April 1996, under the Criminal Injuries Compensation Scheme. Formerly known as the Criminal Injuries Compensation Appeals Panel.
