Organisations, charities and support groups that offer advice and information on a range of disability sports

APT Charitable Trust - Disabled Flying

The APT (Aviation for Paraplegics and Tetraplegics) Trust uses specially adapted Microlight aircraft to teach physically disabled people to fly. It operates from Old Sarum Airfield near Salisbury in Wiltshire.

British Blind Sport

British Blind Sport is a charity whose work enables visually impaired people to have the same opportunities as sighted people to access and enjoy sport and recreational activities in the UK.

British Deaf Sports Council

The British Deaf Sports Council is aimed at anyone who is interested in keeping informed in what the latest events are in the Deaf sporting community in the UK.

The British Disabled Angling Association

The British Disabled Angling Association (BDAA) is a charity which helps develop opportunities for disabled people to access the activity of fishing in the UK.

British Disabled Water Ski Association

Companion Cycling

The Jubilee Sailing Trust is a unique charity that aims to promote the integration of people of all physical abilities through the fun, challenge and adventure of tall ship sailing on one of two purpose-built ships.
