Key points
- In the year ending November 2011, provisional data shows that 82.7 per cent of journeys on the Highways Agency managed network were ‘on time’. This is 0.4 percentage points higher than the year ending October 2011.
- Provisional data shows that 81.2 per cent of journeys on the Highways Agency network during November 2011 were ‘on time’, up 4.6 percentage points from November 2010.
