Summary

Since publishing the 2006 EHCS Headline Report in January 2008 a review was conducted into how the EHCS implements the published Decent Homes standard. Following this review a revision was made to how the survey implements the thermal comfort requirements for a specific group of flats and decent homes figures were adjusted in line with this revision in the 2006 Annual Report (November 2008).

The Revised 2006 EHCS Headline Report includes decent homes figures that are consistent with those published in the 2006 EHCS Annual Report. It supersedes the 2006 EHCS Headline Report published in January.
