NHS staff survey

Information collected from the NHS Staff Survey can be used by Trusts to improve working conditions and practices.

The survey will also enable the Department of Health and other national NHS bodies to assess the effectiveness of national workforce policies and strategies on for example, training, flexible working policies, and safety at work, and to inform future developments in these areas, and monitoring the pledges to staff.
