The NHS Constitution sets out in one place what patients, staff and the public can expect from the NHS.
The Government wants to strengthen the NHS Constitution. The NHS Future Forum is advising it on how to do this. The Forum’s advice will be published in the autumn. There will be a public consultation on all proposed changes to the Constitution later in 2012.
