Unclaimed estates

HM Treasury is separate from The Treasury Solicitor.

The Treasury Solicitor deals with the administration of ownerless property that passes to the Crown.  They administer the estates of persons who die intestate without known kin and collect the assets of dissolved companies and failed trusts.
