The Department of Health is working with other government departments to develop a strategy on long term conditions. The aim is to provide a clear direction and vision of how services can work together to:
- help prevent or delay long term conditions where possible
- improve quality of life and independence for people with long term conditions
We are asking people to give us their views, ideas and experiences to help us create that vision within the long term conditions strategy.
