Our LLDD team has published the following guidance:

Placement Information: Learners with Learning Difficulties and/or Disabilities (LLD/D) at Independent Specialist Provider 2012/13

This information has been produced to support local authorities in fulfilling their legal duties and powers under the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009, in relation to securing the provision of education and training at independent specialist providers for learners with LD/D, who are over compulsory school age but under 25 and are subject to a learning difficulty assessment.
