Publication Scheme

The purpose of the Publication Scheme is to make it easier for people to obtain from us the information we routinely make available. The Publication Scheme describes:

  • the classes of information that we publish or intend to publish as a matter of course
  • how we publish this information
  • lists examples of some of the documents available

Data Protection and Freedom of Information requests.

Any individual has a right under the Data Protection Act 1998 to request personal data that is held about him or herself.

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, you are entitled to request information held by the YPLA.
