Minimum levels of performance

Guidance relating to the application of Minimum Levels of Performance and the operation of Notices to Improve applying to the 2011/12 academic year is now available.

The guidance sets out how the YPLA (working with the Skills Funding Agency) intend to approach identified provider under-performance in the 2011/12 academic year in respect of:

  • financial health and financial management and control
  • the analysis of success rates against minimum levels of performance
  • inspection outcomes
