Colleges and providers

Colleges and other providers are autonomous and independent bodies. They are responsible for designing and delivering learning programmes which meet the needs of young people in their area, working in partnership with their local sector to establish how support may best be co-ordinated.

The YPLA ensures that funds transfer to those colleges and providers either directly or through the Skills Funding Agency.
