Croatia is the second largest consumer market in Central and Eastern Europe with a range of opportunities across a wide range of sectors.

Croatia is located at the heart of Central and Eastern Europe and borders with Slovenia, Hungary, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro. The country represents a promising market for UK companies with good regional air, road and rail linkages and a skilled workforce.

What are the opportunities?

Opportunities exist for UK companies in a wide range of sectors. Although Croatia’s traditional trading partners are Italy (17% of total imports), Germany and Austria, UK exports continue to grow year on year.
