What is the Iran List?
This is a listing for entities and organisations in Iran which is made publically available by the ECO in order to help exporters judge which exports might be of concern for End-Use Control reasons.
If you are considering a transaction which involves an entity on the list in any capacity it is advisable to either:
- make an Iran End-Use Email Advice enquiry submitted via completing the advice form and emailing to ECO at mailto:ecoiranenduser@bis.gsi.gov.uk
- submit a Rating Enquiry via the SPIRE export licensing database
Please be aware that both these services will be superseded by new advisory services at the beginning of May 2011.
