Privacy and Data Protection Act (1998)

We hold and process your personal information in accordance with this Act. We may use your personal information to comply with our statutory functions including our internal record keeping; and to contact you.
You may request details of personal information which the regulator holds about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. If you think any personal information we hold about you is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us. We will not transfer, disclose, sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission except where permitted to do so for the purpose of exercising our regulatory functions or are required by law.
