Hello!

Just a bit about my background and why I am on here.

My name is Andrew Adamson and I work as a Personal Weight Loss Coach. I moved into this career as I was always struggling to lose that stubborn two stone in weight, which was all around my mid section. My previous job came with very poor nutrition eating on the run, too much strong coffee, no water and way too much beer!

Always low on energy and steadily getting fatter and fatter, I eventually had a liver failure and passed out in my Sunday Roast, nightmare! So a change was needed, as this was no good at all.

As I got involved with a Health and Nutrition company that had already helped 65 million people lose weight around the world, I found that I lost that 2 stone in two and half months, but most importantly I  and have kept it off for nine years now. Which is excellent for me, but why I am I on here you ask?

Well with all the training I have had, the hundreds of people that I have helped to lose weight over the years I figure that my knowledge and experience along with the companies information will be useful to people struggling to shift that weight once and for all.

I hope you will get value from my posts which have been published online with many highly regulated article websites. Any advice or help I can give along with the suburb resources on this NHS website hopefully will help you achieve your weight loss and health goals.

Yours in Health, Andrew Adamson
