Online survey for FSA Open Board Meeting webcast viewers

If you're planning to watch this week's Food Standards Agency Open Board Meeting webcast you'll be asked to fill in a short questionnaire which will pop up when you stop viewing. The survey's findings will be used to help make the meetings as accessible to the public as possible.
