This month’s FSA News, which has been published and is available online, highlights some of the work that has been going on as part of the latest phase of the Agency’s salt campaign, and includes a summary of research that shows how people are often unaware of where salt is ‘hidden’ in common foods.
The October newsletter (available as a pdf at the link below) also reports on the launch of the latest Food Champion Awards for local authorities, and covers campaign work that the Agency is undertaking with Manchester United Football Club.
A four-page research supplement outlines some of the recent scientific work of the Agency and includes summaries of the latest research reports that have been published.
