Speciality cheesemaking and on-farm pasteurisation training

Speciality cheesemaking and on-farm pasteurisation update training is available to local authority food law enforcement officers in England.
The two courses, which are not available to the general public, students or consultants, are part of the continuing programme of quality update training for enforcers at a cost that is affordable to local authorities.
Operation and control of on-farm pasteurisation plants and ancillary equipment training
Enforcement officers are invited to apply for training on the following date:
- 23–26 October 2007 at Reaseheath College in Nantwich, Cheshire
The course is residential with accommodation and meals paid for by the Agency. Delegates will pay their own travel costs.
The number of places on each course is restricted to 24, and priority will be given to those who inspect on-farm dairies.

Good hygiene practice and HACCP principles in the making of speciality cheeses training
Enforcement officers are invited to apply for training on the following date:
- 22–25 October 2007 at Reaseheath College in Nantwich, Cheshire
The Agency will pay for overnight accommodation and meals. Delegates will pay £105 plus £18.38 VAT and their own travel costs to and from the venue.
As the number of places on this course is restricted, places will be allocated on the information provided on application form.
