Virtual Sam goes live

Check out Virtual Sam, the animated version of the Food Standards Agency's online nutrition expert Sam Montel. You can even download her short movie clips as a podcast.

Virtual Sam's movies mainly target the Agency's teen audience, focusing on issues such as the importance of iron in the diet for teenage girls in 'Tough as nails?' and encouraging young people to eat breakfast in 'Get off to a good start'.
