The Freedom of Information Act and the TDA
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FoI) promotes a culture of openness throughout the public sector. It gives the public a right of access to information held by public authorities such as the TDA.
Model publication scheme
The TDA is committed to making the information we hold accessible to the public. To help us do this we have produced a publication scheme in line with the Information Commissioner’s model publication scheme for non-departmental public bodies.
Within this section of the website you will find information under the seven categories of information outlined below. If you cannot find the information you are looking for, please e-mail foi@tda.gov.uk with your query and we will do our best to provide the information. From time to time we will withhold requested information but we will only do this where we believe this is both necessary, and justified under the exemptions of the Freedom of Information Act.
Classes of information
This log provides access to responses to requests made under the Freedom of Information Act.
