How do I notify? How do I notify?

The ICO maintains a public register of data controllers which contains entries for organisations that process personal data.

If your organisation processes personal information electronically, you may need to notify with the ICO for inclusion on the register. Unless you are exempt, failure to do so is a criminal offence.
