One children's workforce framework

Video

What is the one children's workforce framework?

The framework is a simple, easy to use tool that helps us all work better together. It finds out if we’re using the same language and working practices, so that we can improve every child and young person’s life.

Am I part of the children and young people’s workforce?
If you work with children or young people in any aspect of your job, including volunteering, or if you manage people who do, then the answer is yes.
