Welcome to integrated working

Integrated working is where everyone supporting children and young people work together effectively to put the child at the centre, meet their needs and improve their lives.

Our aim is to:

  • Improve information sharing among practitioners.
  • Develop a common approach to assessment.
  • Support the new ways of working, especially in relation to multi-agency working.

We also have several programmes of activity
ongoing and plan to further aid the implementation
of integrated working in England.
