After a Childcare Register inspection
Following the Childcare Register inspection you will receive a letter that will confirm if you are:
- meeting your requirements for registration
- not meeting your requirements and what must be done in order for you to remain registered, and the date by which these actions should be carried out
- not meeting your requirements and what enforcement we will be taking.
We will publish these letters on our website within 10 days of the inspection taking place; they will remain there for 12 months following the inspection. If you are registered on the compulsory part of the Childcare Register then you must give a copy of the report to each parent of children attending, and to anyone else who asks for a copy.
