Evolution Business Centre in Northallerton open for business

The Evolution Centre in Northallerton is a managed workspace and will provide varying sizes of accommodation for 29 businesses and is similar to another Market Towns  project, Springboard Business Centre in Stokesley.

A new build project, the £2.4million development makes use of green technology including rainwater collection, storage and reuse, solar panels and secure storage for bicycles.

This scheme is one of two completed in 2009 in the Hambleton district which has secured funding from both Yorkshire Forward through its Renaissance Market Towns  (RMT) programme and the European Development Fund. Work on a similar project, the Leeming Bar Food Incubator development, got under way late last year.

The centre is now open for business and units available to let.
