The TDA provides information on routes into initial teacher training (ITT), qualifications required to undertake ITT, funding, teacher salaries and finding training providers.

NQT induction

Based on the statutory guidance on induction for newly qualified teachers (NQTs) in England, we offer advice and guidance for all queries in relation to the NQT induction period.

We advise on queries such as time limits on induction, supply work queries, the induction process, extensions for supply work and the appeals process.

The NQT induction helpline will be closed until 4 January 2012.
