Using Contracts Finder

To get started with using Contracts Finder, departments have to become established as recognised 'buying organisations' within the system. If your organisation is not yet set up on Contracts Finder, the template below must be completed and submitted to businesslink. This forms part of the necessary process to identify an individual (or set of individuals) within departments who control their organisation's publishing rights within the Contracts Finder system. To help with familiarisation of the Contracts Finder system, the Cabinet Office has developed a simple presentation to show how the system works along with a set of frequently asked questions.

Food Procurement Reporting

In June 2011, the coalition Government set out an agreement which included a commitment by the Government to "ensure food procured by government departments, and eventually the whole public sector, meets British standards of production wherever this can be achieved without increasing overall cost".This is supported in the Defra Business Plan to drive sustainable food procurement by the
Government and the public sector.
