Public Register

We are required by the Postal Services Act 2000 to compile and maintain a Public Register of some of the documents we produce.

These documents are:
  • Licences
  • Modifications to licences
  • Revocations or surrenders of licences
  • Directions or determinations made under licence
  • Consents or approvals given under licences
  • Final or provisional orders made or confirmed
  • Revocations of final or provisional orders
  • Impositions of final penalties

Our register also lists:
  • All of our consultation papers
  • Responses to consultation papers
  • Applications for licences
  • Notices of proposals to grant and amend licences
  • Guidance and directions issued to Postcomm by the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills
