Anti-competitive behaviour

We employ a range of measures under its licence to ensure that Royal Mail engages in fair competition, but allegations of anti-competitive behaviour against operators other than Royal Mail are likely to fall within the scope of UK (and/or European) competition law and may be referred by us to the Office of Fair Trading.
