Application from Royal Mail for an exemption from parts of Condition 7

Today, Postcomm issued a six week consultation on an application from Royal Mail for an exemption from certain parts of Condition 7 in respect of certain large packet services contracts.  The consultation letter and Royal Mail’s application can be found below. Responses are requested by close of play on Monday 22 August, 2011. We welcome the views of all interested parties, particularly packets and parcels operators.
