Peter Lauener - Chief Executive

Peter Lauener has over 30 years' experience in public service, working in the Scottish Office, the Manpower Services Commission and later in the Department for Education and Employment and the Department for Children, Schools and Families.

Neil Flint

Director of Academies, Neil Flint worked at the Department for Employment and its predecessor departments for 30 years before joining the YPLA on loan in May this year. During his time in the education departments Neil worked on a range of policy areas, including the Youth Service, industry and education links, and schools’ capital and organisational issues.
