FSA open Board meeting papers published

The agenda and papers for the next FSA open Board meeting have been published. The meeting is being held at the Agency's headquarters: Aviation House, London. It will begin at 1pm on Tuesday 15 November 2011 and will be chaired by Agency chair Jeff Rooker. You can attend in person or watch it live online.
The agenda includes discussion on emerging food technologies: novel protein sources as food, and CCTV for monitoring animal welfare at the time of slaughter. It also includes decisions on the Agency's response to the UK Government's Red Tape Challenge, and information for consumers on compliance and food hygiene in food establishments.

Question and answer session
At the end of the meeting, there will be a question-and-answer session where members of the public are encouraged to ask questions or make comments on any of the matters discussed by the Board or raise any other issues relating to our work.
