Welcome to the training modules for Network Services
The training modules are divided into two categories: electronic charges in standard form (e-CSFs) and e-documents.
e-CSFs
There are four e-CSF modules for conveyancers/lenders, and two for citizens/borrowers. The e-CSF process must be completed in a set order, and the modules are numbered to reflect this. Select a module from the menu below.
Conveyancer / Lender
Module 1 - Creating a charge in standard form
Module 2 - Finding and viewing a document
Module 3 - Making effective an e-CSF
Module 4 - Registration of an e-CSF
Citizen / Borrower
Module 1 - Using Land Registry portal
Module 2 - How to sign an electronic charge (e-CSF)
e-documents
The training modules for e-documents cover eight application types: Agreed Notice (AN1); Cancel Restriction (e-RX3); Change of Address (e-COA); Change of Name (e-CON); Death of a Joint Proprietor (DJP); Restriction (RX1); Unilateral Notice (UN1) and Withdraw Restriction (e-RX4).
The modules show how to process these applications and how to attach electronic documents as supporting evidence.
The restriction module covers both standard and non-standard restrictions. As there are more than 40 standard restrictions available, the module concentrates on three that illustrate features that are common to most types of restriction.
