Welcome to the Land Registry disclosure log where you will find a selection of responses to requests made under the Freedom of Information Act and the Environmental Information Regulations. It is not an exhaustive list of disclosures, but it is intended to include those we believe may be of wider public interest, information frequently requested or where information is not available elsewhere.
Not all information will be published, for example requests that include personal data. Names and addresses will be redacted in order to protect requestors' privacy. If a request was processed where the information was not held, this will be shown.
The disclosures are arranged by theme. They are:
- Application statistics
- Organisation of the Land Registry
- Staff numbers/salary
- Procurement and contracts
- Legal documents and information
The log is updated quarterly.
The information contained in the disclosure log is protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. You are free to use it for your own purposes, including any non-commercial research you are doing and for the purposes of news reporting. Any other reuse, for example commercial publication, would require the permission of the copyright holder. Most documents supplied by the Land Registry will have been produced by government officials and will be Crown Copyright. You can find details on the arrangements for reusing Crown copyright on Office of Public Sector Information at: www.opsi.gov.uk.
Information you receive which is not subject to Crown Copyright continues to be protected by the copyright of the person, or organisation, from which the information originated. You must ensure that you gain their permission before reproducing any third party (non Crown Copyright) information. For information about obtaining permission from a third party see the Intellectual Property Office's website at www.ipo.gov.uk.
